Order Guide
To place an order, select your desired product in the correct size, colour, and quantity then click on "ADD TO CART". At the top right-hand corner, you will be able to see your cart. When you click on your cart, you will see an overview of the products that have been added to your cart. Once you have decided on your purchase, click on "CHECK OUT". You will need to key in your basic personal particulars for shipment. Following, you may select (if needed) your preferred mode of delivery. The final amount to be paid will be tabulated. Upon completion of payment, your order will be placed successfully. A confirmation email/text message will be sent to you immediately. If you do not hear from us within 30 minutes, please drop us a message at hello@dearjoi.com.
For products with "LOW INVENTORY ALERT: x piece(s) left", if you purchase more quantities than what is reflected as x (available stocks), the excess will be processed under a backorder status. To provide an example, Dahlia Padded Top in Size S (Sage) has a low inventory alert of 2 pieces left. If you add 3 pieces to your cart, 1 of it will considered as a backorder.
We regret that we will not be able to amend your order once it has been confirmed. 
Backorders Notice

Generally, backorders will be opened for popular products that have been sold out. Backorders are subjected to a waiting time of estimated between 5 and 15 working days (1 to 3 weeks). This waiting time excludes weekends and public holidays. Should there be unforeseen delays, we will notify you in such situations.

To join backorders, check-out the product as per usual. Full payment must be received to ensure that you have secured a backorder slot. We will not process a refund should you change your mind after you have secured a backorder slot.

Upon the arrival of backorders, we will dispatch backorders to customers who have made prior payment, before releasing the excess as ready stocks. As we cannot guarantee that we will have extra ready stocks, to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend customers to secure a backorder slot beforehand.

Orders with ready stocks and backorders will only be dispatched upon the arrival of backorders. If you wish to receive the ready stocks first, please place your orders separately - you will have to bear the additional delivery cost.

Delivery Guide

At present, we ship within Singapore only - we do not ship internationally. Rest assured, we are working on this so that our overseas friends can be with us at the soonest. In light of the pandemic, we have ceased self-collection with no exceptions to keep everyone safe. 

We offer two modes of local delivery, refer to below table for details. Depending on the weight of your parcel, it may be automatically processed by NinjaVan. If you do not see an option for standard mailing at check-out, this means that the weight of your parcel did not qualify for standard mailing.

Unexpected delays are not uncommon.
We are not liable for lost parcels. We cannot guarantee that lost parcels will be bounced to us.

 Undelivered parcels will be bounced to us.

To note: 

  • All parcels will include a return address. Should your parcel be bounced to us, you will incur the additional delivery cost for us to re-dispatch your parcel to you.
  • The above delivery time is an estimate - depending on the seasons (peak or non-peak), the delivery time may be shorter or longer. Generally, expected slightly longer delivery time during peak periods like Chinese New Year and Christmas.
  • We are unable to advise on the exact delivery day and time as we have no control of the process once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • If you are in a hurry to receive your parcel, kindly drop us a message at hello@dearjoi.com. We will try to expedite your order - subject to schedule availability.
